Garlic Italian Spaghetti Sauce

2 large onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup olive oil

Sautee until golden, about 10 minutes in a large pot.

15 ripe, large tomatoes, peel, cut into 1/8 pieces and add to pot
2 cups red wine
12 oz. can of tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add remaining ingredient to the pot. Simmer 1 hour uncovered. Serve with you favorite pasta or use in other favorite Italian dishes.
