As purveyors of fine herbs, we proudly brought fresh garlic to our loyal customers for many years.  TEN years ago, we decided to "spice things up a bit" -- using a unique process, we started smoking garlic to offer our friends something a little different...smoked garlic and smoked salt. 

We are excited to now offer Smoked Garlic Jelly and three fabulous Smoked Garlic Glazes.
