Smoked Garlic Bread

Here’s A smoky twist on an old favorite!


  • 1 large loaf crusty French or Italian Bread
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 8 smoked garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Cut bread into thick slices.
  3. In skillet melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add smoked garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Generously brush each bread slice with garlic butter.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with parsley, parmesan and rosemary.
  7.   Place under hot broiler until crisp and golden. 
  8. Serve hot!
