Smoked Garlic Dipping
Sauce
Serve with baguette, your favorites crackers and/or crunchy veggies.
4 cloves of smoked garlic, chopped
5 oz goat cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sauté garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute.
Add goat cheese to pan and heat until warm.
May also be served as a warm salad dressing, over greens.
