Smoked Garlic Dipping Oil

Finely chop 10 cloves of smoked garlic
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine and store in sealed glass container for 2-3 days, in the refrigerator, to infuse oil with smoked garlic flavor.

Makes a great dipping oil for bread or as a base for simple vinaigrette salad dressings.
