Smoked Garlic Brushetta

Sourdough French Bread or Tuscan Country Bread, 4 slices
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-2 cloves smoked garlic, peeled and minced
2 ripe tomatoes diced
10-12 fresh basil leaves chopped
Salt and Pepper

Mix together tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper, set aside. Grill both sides of bread. Rub one side of the bread with a garlic clove that has been peeled. Add tomato mixture, garnish with a basil leaf. Bon Appetit!
